Come meet the management team behind Creative Kitchens!

President of Creative Kitchens Inc. and a licensed
residential contractor, Rob Stepp has been designing
kitchens and baths for over 25 years. Affectionately, Rob
claims to have "been born to design kitchens" with
his birth coming shortly after his father, Bob Stepp, CKD,
founded Creative Kitchens. Rob along with his sister Nancy
Rigney have developed Creative into a highly
successful business having two locations and two
subsidiaries that employ 49 persons. Rob attributes the
success and growth of Creative to his insistence on offering
full service design and installation without the use of
subcontractors. Rob says, "We are in control of our
projects and our clients can have confidence in knowing
that."
Rob
has been a frequent columnist for Builder/Architect Magazine
and is host to a monthly radio talk show. Additionally, Rob
has been selected as a preferred contractor for Sterling
Construction Management at the prestigious Greenbriar
Sporting Club/Greenbriar Resort. Rob's design team has the
distinction of being selected by the community as "Best
in the Tri-State" for kitchens and baths, and received
a community appreciation award for their high standard of
business ethics and impact on the community.
