The “Creative” Way We at Creative Kitchens pride ourselves on delivering the results our clients desire. Through our Design Team approach we work tirelessly to meet or exceed your expectations. It is not until we agree on the design, the quality of products, and the level of service and of course the investment that we ask for your trust by contracting for our service. Step 1 – Meet and Greet Interview - Whether it is in your home or at one of our three showroom locations the first step is for us to talk about your wants and needs. We refer to this process as “The Fifty Questions”. It is simply our way of saying we want to learn as much as possible about your lifestyle, ideas and vision. Step 2 – Budgeting - Based on what we have learned through the interview process our designers will assist you through conceptual designs, preliminary budgeting and product choices. This step will give you the estimated investment cost of your project. Step 3 – Design and Spec - Upon your agreement that we are on the right track our design team will go to work preparing accurate floor plans, specifying the various products to be included and creating perspective views that offer you an artistic representation of what your complete project will look like. We will also develop a complete project analysis of product and installation costs. Step 4 – Project Presentation – We will invite you to our showroom to share with you what we have prepared for your project. You will be shown perspectives and floor plans that have been created specifically for you. We will review all product specifications and together we will develop a storyboard of your project. During this step we will also discuss any additional ideas and alternatives. This step is not complete until we all agree that we have everything needed for a functional and beautiful design. Step 5 – Let’s Get Started - Implementation of your project begins with the preparation of final construction documents, shop work orders and manufacturers orders. This very important process begins by holding a pre-installation conference at your home with you, our Designer and Project Manager. The conference enables everyone the opportunity to review the products being used and the scope of installation work to be performed. Step 6 – Installation – An important benefit of working with Creative Kitchens is that we use our own staff from design to installation. Our Project Coordinator and Installation Customer Representative will keep you informed of your project start date and delivery schedule. On your start date one of our installation teams, who are truly fine craftsmen, will arrive at your home to begin to transform your design into reality. Step 7 – Enjoy – Time to start enjoying your new kitchen or bath that we have created together. Step 8 – 11th Month Checkup – You will receive a letter during the 11th month of your project’s anniversary. This letter will include a checklist of items for you to inspect and review. Any item(s) that require service you can contact our Installation Customer Representative to schedule an appointment for one of our installation team to repair under warranty.
